The winners of the New York Events have been selected! These lucky players were randomly drawn from almost half a million entries.
All of the prizes have been awarded already so, if you see your name on the following lists, check your character to see if you’ve won.
Remember, more than one Vampire can have the same name.
We’d like to thank everyone that participated in this event. We had a great time putting it together and we hope, despite some of the problems, you enjoyed it.
If you didn’t win, don’t get discouraged. We’re working on more events (with some of your suggestions in mind) and you’ll have more chances to win in the future.
Recently, there were some changes made to the Judgment feature. Specifically, the number of Refills that you can receive per day has now been limited.
Previously, the number of Refills you could receive was essentially unlimited. Unfortunately, this fact was abused by botters, cheaters, and exploiters.
As a result, players can now receive only one of each type of Refill, per day.
That means you can receive, 1 Health Refill, 1 Rage Refill, 1 Energy Refill, every day.
As with any feature description that contains the words “every day” the most important question is: “When does the ‘every day’ timer reset?”
In this case the answer is: 24 hours from the last time you received (not used) a Refill. So, if you receive a Refill at 3:30 CMT, you will not be eligible to receive another until 3:30 CMT, the following day.
We realize that this is going to be a daunting transition for a lot of you. In the very near future we will be releasing a new, more botter-resistant feature that will hopefully limit the need for energy refills.
As that new feature reaches the final stages of design/implementation, we’ll make sure to release details letting you know how you’ll be able to get the most out of it.

It’s been a crazy few weeks in New York! Now, the portal has been closed.
Several hundred thousand of you completed all of the New York missions, unlocking that sweet Flames of Liberty ability.
A few hundred thousand more gave it a shot but fell just a bit short.
Thank you to everyone who participated, we hope you enjoyed the trip.
When the portal opens again, where do you think it should lead?
Each time you complete a mission in New York, you have a chance to unlock a new Avatar Set piece (12 total).
Players, however, are mastering all the NY Missions and wondering why they haven’t gotten all the avatar pieces.
The reason for this is that there is no correlation between your level of Mission Mastery and the avatar piece drops.
Even if you’ve completed and mastered all the NY Missions, there’s no guarantee that you’ll have unlocked all the new items.
So, what to do if you’ve mastered everything and are still a few items short? Well, you could just choose to keep going.
A full Mastery Bar does not mean you have to stop doing the mission. It just means you’ll be doing a mission you’ve already mastered.
Of course, doing a mission that is already completely Mastered can drain your BotE pretty quickly.
So, how do you avoid spending too much precious BotE on Mastered Missions? Reset your Mastery!
The Reset Mission Mastery button will appear at the top of any NY tier you’ve fully mastered:
